    Additional details:
    • A non-refundable processing fee ranging from $39-$129 for repairs and $150-$400 for loss/theft replacements will be collected from you prior to fulfilling your approved service request. Replacement processing fees are dependent upon your device’s MSRP. See a full list of processing fees.
    • You must sign up within 60 days of purchasing or upgrading to a new device.
    • Protection applies to the device enrolled when you signed up for Premium Device Protection.
    • Service requests can be submitted any time while enrolled in Premium Device Protection.
    • We will protect the cost to repair the protected device up to a maximum of $3000.00 per service request, including protected accessories like your battery and charger.
    • Prepaid devices are not eligible for Premium Device Protection.
